An ode to the year

Oh, December
As you, prepare to be lost in darkness
I can see the glasses being emptied
And happy hearts lost in celebrations
I cannot help but wonder
How mysterious the life can be!

Over the thoughts of a year, that’s about to pass by
I contemplate the storms that we have survived,
The winters that came and weathered
And the springs and summers that we thrived
All the blessings of life, bitter-sweet
I wonder at life's sheer colors and tweets
And may I never forget the greatest of gifts
A majestic creation that celebrates all seasons
And reminds me every time
That it's not by chance that we are here!

Oh, December
As you, end with brightness of crackers
I remind myself, what is gone
Will remain as a memorial for us to see
And I stand, I pray, I salute and I sing
An ode to the year that just passed by!

Lost Traveler

As the sun sighs and slowly disappears, Smoke swirls and heavy smell of the weed, Recollecting a thousand lies and fate of time, To be forgotten with finished glasses of wine. Often, marred by the roads less traveled, Always, d iseased by fortunes misconstrued, He lives a life that doesn't exist, not even real, And drifts in silence, in a world so cold and lost. Confused over why he travelled all way till here, Whether to draw a smile or maybe drops of tear, Mistakes he has made plenty, including loving you, However hard he tries, forgiveness is always on due. Colors of Life

These pictures i had taken last year at different dates of the same tree..just in front of RUFS students hostel of FCT, lisbon. We can see the changes in the tree...from barely any leaves to the stage full green :) Lifes like that sometimes we will get all the happiness and sometimes it takes it all. Sometimes it sks badly..n sometimes it Rocks...
